Ecos Earth Day Giveaway!

Not only is it important to take care of our bodies on the outside through fitness and exercise, but it’s equally if not more important to take care of our bodies from the inside out. Sometimes the smallest changes can make a huge difference.

As I get ready to welcome my first child into the world, I have thought a lot about getting rid of harmful chemicals in my home. While I love nothing more than a sparkly white sink, I’m breaking up with bleach. I’m also swapping my other chemical filled cleaners, detergents, and soaps. Why would I wash my clothes and bedding in a detergent filled with harmful ingredients? If the skin is the largest organ in the body (which it is), doesn’t it make sense that it would soak up all those nasty chemicals in our clothing?
