6 Minutes of Yoga Love

Strength, flexibility, balance, these are just a few benefits when practicing Yoga. However, while I love to take a full Yoga class once a week, I just can't handle it more than that. I confess... I get bored in most yoga classes. With that being said, I incorporate this 6 minute yoga sequence every single day. If you're feeling any tightness in your hips, glutes, hamstrings etc I suggest doing this six minute video before you go to bed at night or when you wake up in the morning. I usually pair it with my workout.. it makes a great cool down! 


If you practice this sequence every day for a week, I promise you'll feel the difference. And feel free to hold these poses for as long as you'd like! Stay limber, babes xo
