Hi Babes! It's time to work that booty! I am so excited to share with you one of my favorite sequences to tighten, tone, and slim the hips and booty area. I love this exercise because it targets the corner of the booty creating a slender silhouette... can you say buh-bye saddle bags? Spend just a few minutes on each side 2-3x a week and you will notice a dramatic difference after just a few workouts.
I recommend adding this exercise after one of the Beach Babe circuit workouts (like this one or this one). Or try combining it with this "Instant Butt Lift" to get your entire derriƩre. Stay fit, babes!
