When you order a regular cup of coffee, a large packs only 5 calories per cup! I like to add just a dash of milk to get that creamy delight and my daily dose still comes in under 30 calories. Switching your latte for regular coffee can add up to nixing 1,200 calories per week and that's about 1/2 a pound! Oh yes...
